Great finished product. Kaleb was a great project manager. The roof color looks so pretty. The job was done very fast, 2 days, and they cleaned everything so well! $12,900 total price for a 1400 square ft home with a back porch. The drones use was really cool. The roofers plugged in 3 commercial grade air compressors in our home plugs at the same time and blew the breakers. They kept resetting the breakers and plugging them in until the GCFI plug burned out. The back plug was also broken. The next day they came with a generator to plug in their equipment. They said they would have an electrician come out and replace it, but they never did. I had to have my own electrician come out and fix it.

I had two roofs replaced by Top Choice Roofing at my recently departed Mother's home this past month. Both roofs were in badly need of new shingles as well as some painting and repair. The owner, Roland, and his family were sensitive to our situation and limited financial means. We were given an amazing deal, and whenever I had a concern, it was promptly addressed. I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to repairs and I'm not always easy to please. My parents were very special people to me. Since they are both no longer here I feel a duty to them to honor them and their spirit. Their spirit is in this home. My Thanks to Top Choice Roofing and all they did for our family.

Roland and Kaleb did an outstanding job with my roof replacement. The quote I was given was several thousand dollars cheaper than my neighbor's replacement. They were able to get the work done on my house in 1 day and replaced the roof on 2 small sheds in a couple of hours. They protected my plants and did a thorough cleanup after they were finished. The crew installed a top shelf product and I know it will be the last roof I will need to buy. I am extremely happy with the installation and I can highly recommend Top Choice Roofing& Construction. If there was one negative, it was paying a 3% fee for using a credit card, but the 20 % I saved on the quote more than made up for the credit card fee.

I had water damage in the basement this spring, and Top Choice did an amazing job with the clean up and the restore. Could not have asked for better results. They did a great job communicating with me and my insurance, outstanding service, thanks Top Choice!!
